Subprocessors
Last updated August 2026
A "subprocessor" is an outside company a service relies on to run. Soar keeps this list short on purpose, and it names exactly what each company sees. This page is updated before any new company is added, which is exactly how Resend came to be listed here. The forms on this website need an email provider to carry a message to us, so that provider was named on this page before those forms went live.
Runs the app and its single database (hosting).
- What it sees:
- All account and planner data, as the place the database lives.
- Where:
- United States
Reads a screenshot when a family member uploads one and presses the button. Its commercial terms do not permit training AI models on that data.
- What it sees:
- The uploaded image and a class label. Not the student's name or account identity.
- Where:
- United States (data storage); US-only processing is planned before beta
Receives technical fault reports when the app breaks, so problems get fixed. Its screen-recording feature is switched off.
- What it sees:
- Technical error details. Scrubbing of anything personal from reports is planned before beta.
- Where:
- United States
Delivers the messages sent from the forms on this website, so a request for an invite or a piece of feedback reaches us by email.
- What it sees:
- Only what a person types into a form on this website. No student planner data, and nothing at all from inside the app.
- Where:
- United States
No advertising, analytics, or tracking companies appear here because Soar does not use any. Questions about this list: email ceo@executive-os.ai.
